We also asked 2025 graduates if their online MBA degrees directly led them to changing job functions. 

Responding graduates at Fairfield University Dolan School of Business reported the highest rate of job function changes at 87.5%. University of Texas at Dallas Jindal School of Management came next with 71.4% of 2025 responding grads reporting changing job functions.

Of the 61 schools from which we collected data, 15 had at least 50% of their alumni report that they used the degree to change roles.
